Return of goods
Orientation and information
We are constantly working to ensure that you are satisfied with your delivery. However, should there ever be a reason for a return, we want to make the process as uncomplicated as possible so that your return can be processed quickly.
We ask you to enclose accompanying documents for the processing of your return. If you are returning goods, please send us an e-mail requesting proof of return. Provided the return was made no more than 30 days after delivery and the value of the returned goods does not exceed CHF 200.00. Please divide returns of goods from several deliveries so that they can be allocated to the respective original delivery.
We pick up the goods
Returns due to production errors:
Should the goods you ordered display a supplier error, we will be happy to collect them from your premises. Please arrange the collection by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +41 56 4700707and provide us with the order number or receipt number and the items you wish to return. Under no circumstances should you return goods without this proof of return. Returns without this proof of return cannot be processed or can only be processed with considerable delay. The postage costs (normal dispatch by post or parcel service) will be refunded after the return has been processed. You will receive a credit note for the invoiced value of the goods, plus any postage costs charged.
You return the goods
If there is no production fault, please send the goods back to us with a returns note. If the return was made no more than 30 days after delivery and the value of the returned goods does not exceed CHF 200.00, you will receive a credit note for the value of the goods minus 25% handling costs after processing; shipping costs will not be credited in this case. If, in agreed exceptional cases, we also take back unpacked shirts and blouses in deviation from the regulation in §11, the handling costs for these items are 50%.
